Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ night shift staff through performance coaching and training initiatives
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all overnight activities
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to senior management
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, incidents, and shift reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams during overnight hours
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
