Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery provided by the company.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise with high accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged goods and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
