Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming inventory for damage, discrepancies, and correct labeling.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory and labeling purposes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
