Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials efficiently.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to strict safety standards and company protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and document stock levels accurately using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any operational issues.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking are highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
