Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment within the warehouse and to and from shipping lanes.
- Sort and organize incoming stock, ensuring accurate inventory counts and placement.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of goods for domestic and international shipment.
Qualifications
- Legal Eligibility: Must be a valid H2B Visa holder or eligible to obtain one.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or seasonal labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays during the peak season.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and current work authorization.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency required for safety instructions and team coordination.
