Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using provided equipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience is valued over degree).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
