Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to apply for an EB3 Unskilled Labor Visa.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we train the right candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Language: Basic English reading and comprehension skills required.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends if needed.
