Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyors using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform manual assembly tasks with high attention to detail and speed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status or eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
