Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and label products accurately according to company standards.
- Inspect goods for defects and ensure quality control before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all assigned tasks.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for and willing to undergo the EB3 Unskilled visa sponsorship process.
- Language: Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and safety guidelines.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or agricultural work is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Documentation: Valid identification and legal authorization to work in the US.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
