Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using various carriers.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials around the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep workstations and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Safety: Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
