Responsibilities
- Operate industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor systems) with precision
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment per safety protocols
- Assist with material loading/unloading and inventory management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and equipment manuals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
- Participate in pre-shift equipment inspections and safety briefings
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior equipment operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable transportation to our Harbour Island facility
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
