Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Perform basic cleaning, sweeping, and maintenance of the workspace and equipment.
- Assist with light assembly, packaging, sorting, and inventory organization.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and company regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and fellow employees.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Valid government-issued identification for visa processing.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor duties.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
