Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications & treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient records accurately in EMR systems
- Adhere to JCAHO & OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSN or international nursing degree
- Active nursing license in home country
- English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS required)
- 1+ years clinical experience
- Pass background check & health screening
- Commitment to 24-month employment
