Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and safety standards
- Complete mandatory training and continuing education
- Mentor junior nursing staff during transition period
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Active RN license in home country
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Successful NCLEX application submission
- Pass criminal background and health screenings
- Valid passport and visa eligibility documentation
- Commitment to 24-month employment post-training
