Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer prescribed medications and treatments while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and electronic health records (EHR).
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active RN or LPN license in good standing (or equivalent foreign credential verified).
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
