Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently run standard manufacturing equipment and assembly line tools.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict company and industry standards.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly package goods for domestic and international distribution, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Maintenance Support: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on machinery and workstations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking raw materials and finished goods inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Education: No high school diploma or GED required; secondary education is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Visa Status: Eligibility to work in the US or willingness to undergo the PERM Labor Certification process for EB3 sponsorship.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Language: Basic English proficiency required for safety instructions and communication.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
