Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care in 24-bed ICU unit with 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Administer complex medications and life-saving interventions under physician supervision
- Implement evidence-based protocols for ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Mentor new nurses and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including trauma surgeons and specialists
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with 100% compliance standards
- Respond to rapid response codes and emergency situations with precision
Qualifications
- BSN or higher degree from accredited nursing program
- 3+ years of ICU experience in acute care setting
- Valid RN license (or eligible for endorsement in Louisiana)
- ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications required
- English proficiency with IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100 minimum
- Successful NCLEX-RN exam completion
- Proof of educational credentials evaluation (CES or CGFNS)
- Ability to obtain US work visa (H1B or TN sponsorship provided)
