Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under RN supervision
- Respond to patient calls and emergencies with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with overnight medical team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain clean and organized patient care environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA or EMT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in acute or long-term care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
