Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for timely shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
