- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock organization and organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety and quality control protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in training new team members during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
