Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Assist in executing daily workflows and ensuring all weekend tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quality Control: Monitor service standards and inventory levels to maintain high operational quality.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of work.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Reporting: Assist in tracking performance metrics and reporting any irregularities to management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
