Responsibilities
- Oversee all office administration, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage executive calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and complex meeting logistics
- Lead onboarding processes, HR documentation, and employee welfare initiatives
- Develop and maintain operational budgets, expense reports, and inventory systems
- Implement office protocols for safety, security, and compliance with local regulations
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Streamline workflows using digital tools (Microsoft 365, Asana, etc.)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate settings
- Proven expertise in budget management, procurement, and vendor relations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office automation tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Kansas City business network preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- SHRM-SCP or similar certification highly valued
