Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and ROI
- Present campaign performance to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Optimize conversion funnels and implement A/B testing frameworks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with marketing partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns in competitive markets (Miami preferred)
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
