Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute/critical care units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in home country
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Positive references and clean background check
- Ability to pass NCLEX-RN preparation
