Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to interventions using advanced monitoring systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication regimens, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to unit-based professional development activities
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for Arizona licensure via compact)
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience in relevant specialty
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications maintained throughout employment
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system with advanced documentation skills
- Eligibility for TN-1, H-1B, or other relevant visa categories with sponsorship
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (verbal/written)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical environments
