Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot complex customer scenarios.
- Participate in the onboarding process and training sessions during the hiring event.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Must be available to attend the in-person Hiring Event in Colorado Springs, FL.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
