- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve high-priority tickets.
- Provide feedback on common customer pain points to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
