Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in assigned specialty unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise LVNs and nursing assistants as assigned
Qualifications
- Active RN license in any US state or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in specialty area
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Pass NCLEX exam within 6 months of hire
- Eligible for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
