Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, including assessments, administering medications, and treatments according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.
- Document patient care plans, medical histories, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health management, and medication adherence.
- Respond to emergent situations calmly and effectively to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or a Compact State.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (H1B, H2A, or Green Card sponsorship).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
