Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through telehealth platforms and virtual consultations
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide health education and support to patients and families remotely
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or ability to obtain through endorsement
- BSN degree with 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems and virtual communication tools
- Excellent critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligibility for U.S. visa sponsorship (must meet USCIS requirements)
