Responsibilities
- Monitor server systems and network infrastructure during off-hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Respond to and resolve incoming help desk tickets and technical inquiries.
- Perform routine system backups and security patches to prevent data loss.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document issues and escalate critical problems.
- Conduct nightly audits of system logs and access permissions.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work a full-time night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
