Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Train and develop staff through performance coaching sessions
- Resolve operational issues using data-driven problem-solving techniques
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Generate shift reports and productivity metrics for leadership review
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and vendor communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Flexible schedule availability (12-hour night shifts)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
