Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate night shift warehouse activities including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 night shift staff through performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations during all operations
- Monitor real-time logistics data and make operational adjustments to meet daily targets
- Conduct shift handovers with day shift supervisors using digital tracking systems
- Investigate and resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to workflow
- Prepare daily shift reports and productivity metrics for senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/logistics management experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination and team leadership
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
