Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all night shift warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements to meet daily targets.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of night shift associates to foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and resolve operational issues immediately.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and report technical issues.
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
