Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supervise 8-12 team members during weekend shifts, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Resolve operational issues and maintain equipment functionality
- Conduct quality checks and documentation accuracy reviews
- Communicate shift priorities and handover information to weekday teams
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
