We are looking for a self-motivated problem solver to handle overnight technical support and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and network infrastructure during night shifts.
- Resolve technical tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for remote users.
- Perform routine backups, patch management, and security audits.
- Conduct end-of-shift reporting and handovers to day staff.
- Ensure data integrity and system availability with minimal downtime.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation for on-site meetings if required.
