Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company data
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps pipeline automation using CI/CD tools
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team training
- Oversee cloud infrastructure deployments on AWS and Azure platforms
- Lead disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with network administration and system administration
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL framework
