Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable network architectures (LAN/WAN) using Cisco and Juniper technologies.
- Configure and manage enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols to ensure secure data transmission.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and resolve hardware/software conflicts efficiently.
- Oversee the lifecycle of technical equipment, ensuring all gear is up-to-date and compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network migration projects.
- Monitor network performance using advanced monitoring tools and optimize bandwidth where necessary.
- Document network configurations and provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Certification such as CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIP is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and OSI models.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash for network automation.
- Proven ability to work independently and make critical technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
