Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols across company infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and virtual environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during system maintenance windows
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional on-site support
