Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable software solutions and cloud-based applications
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with minimal downtime using advanced troubleshooting methodologies
- Lead IT infrastructure modernization projects including migration to AWS/Azure environments
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for system monitoring and deployment processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or software development
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript)
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Valid work authorization requiring visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, L1, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with demonstrated success in high-pressure environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
