Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Identify and fix bugs, optimize application performance, and ensure scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing and deployment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven experience with Visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, etc.) or willingness to undergo the process.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
