Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
