Responsibilities
- Execute daily production tasks, including assembly, packing, and labeling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Adhere to strict quality control procedures to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Operate machinery and equipment following all safety guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Legal Status: Valid H2B Work Visa or proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Language: Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak season.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
