Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy.
- Perform routine inventory counts and maintain precise stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and logistics targets.

Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B Visa sponsorship. (Citizens of eligible countries only).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
