Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and distribute inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and quality control inspections
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Proficiency with warehouse technology (WMS, RF scanners)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
