Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment maintenance
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Resolve escalated operational issues during night shift hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Valid California Driver's License
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
