Responsibilities
- Field Operations: Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops with precision and care.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and perform minor maintenance on farm machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure all harvested products meet our high-quality standards and are packaged correctly for transport.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of protective equipment and handling of chemicals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to maximize efficiency and productivity during peak harvest seasons.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must hold a valid H2A visa or be eligible to obtain one through our sponsorship program.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in agriculture, farming, or manual labor is preferred but not always required.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow English instructions from supervisors.
