Responsibilities
- Crop Management: Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops with precision and care.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural equipment under supervision.
- Packing & Logistics: Sort, grade, and pack produce for distribution to local markets and grocery chains.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of farm tools, vehicles, and work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and farm protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse team to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must possess a valid H2A Visa or be eligible for immediate sponsorship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for long hours, including bending, lifting, and standing.
- Experience: Prior experience in farming, harvesting, or agricultural labor is highly preferred.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time every day.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for understanding instructions and safety briefings.
- Documentation: Must provide valid identification and work authorization documents.
