Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks related to planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect crops and fields for signs of disease or pests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines strictly.
- Work in various weather conditions as required by the season.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid identification for H2A visa requirements.
