Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced irrigation systems and farm equipment
- Perform precision planting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling of specialty crops
- Monitor crop health and apply integrated pest management techniques
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and USDA regulations
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation and soil management programs
- Document daily production data and quality metrics

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status with legal authorization to work in the US
- Minimum 1 year of commercial agriculture experience
